Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: On the posterior midline, in the depression below C7.

How to Locate:

  1. Sit upright or stand with head in neutral position
  2. Tilt your head forward slightly
  3. Feel for the most prominent bone at the base of your neck
  4. This is the C7 vertebra (Great Hammer)
  5. The point is in the depression just below this prominent bone

Immune Boost & Neck Relief (5 minutes)

  1. Sit upright or lie down with neck supported
  2. Locate GV-14 (below the spinous process of C7, at the base of the neck)
  3. Apply firm pressure with fingertips or knuckles for 30 seconds
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to stimulate immunity and release tension
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing deeply and relaxing the shoulders
