GV-13 - Kiln Path
陶道 - Tāo dào
Point Region: Back
GV-13, or 'Taodao' (meaning 'Way of Happiness'), is a local point located on the spine. Its name refers to its ability to address issues related to the emotional and mental well-being of the body.
As a local point, Taodao is primarily used for issues related to the spine and the nervous system, such as a stiff neck, back pain, and a sense of 'stuckness' in the spine. It is a go-to point for 'calming' the mind and 'clearing' emotional blockages in the spine. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of peace and tranquility to the mind and body.
Taodao acts as a vital access point to the core of the body, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the lower body.
