Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: On the posterior midline, in the depression below T3.

How to Locate:

  1. Stand or lie face down
  2. Locate the top of your shoulder blades
  3. Feel for the spine at this level
  4. Find the depression between vertebrae at the upper shoulder blade area
  5. This is GV-12, at approximately T3 level
