Neck & Shoulder Pain Relief (5-10 minutes)

Treatment Protocol

  1. Sit upright and gently roll shoulders back to release initial tension
  2. Massage BL-10 (base of skull, neck hollows) with thumbs in circular motions
  3. Press SI-3 (outer hand, below pinky knuckle) firmly for 1 minute each hand
  4. Apply pressure to LU-7 (wrist, thumb side) to release neck-breathing connection
  5. For tight shoulders: massage GB-21 (top of shoulder, halfway to neck) with opposite hand
  6. For general tension: add LI-4 (thumb-index web) for overall qi flow
