Anatomical Location: Located on the radial aspect of the forearm, just above the wrist.
How to Locate:
- Turn your arm thumb side up
- Find where your wrist bends
- Measure 1.5 finger-widths up from the wrist crease
- The point is on the thumb side in a small depression

Breathing Support & Emotional Release (4 minutes)
- Sit with wrist relaxed and palm facing down
- Locate LU-7 (proximal to the styloid process of the radius, about 1.5 cun above the wrist crease)
- Apply firm pressure with thumb for 30 seconds
- Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to open the lungs and release grief
- Repeat pressure while breathing deeply and relaxing the shoulders
