Headache Relief (5-10 minutes)

Treatment Protocol

  1. Sit in a quiet space and close your eyes
  2. Massage LI-4 (web between thumb and index finger) for 1 minute each hand
  3. Apply circular pressure to GB-20 (base of skull, neck hollow) for 1-2 minutes
  4. Press GV-20 (top of head) gently to relieve head pressure
  5. For temple pain: add EXT-5 (temples) or ST-8 (corner of forehead)
