Understanding Headache
Pain or discomfort in the head or neck region, often caused by tension, dehydration, or neurological factors.
Headaches are one of the most common health complaints and may stem from tension, dehydration, eye strain, or underlying conditions. They range from dull, steady aches to sharp, throbbing pain. Acupressure can be used as a natural approach to release muscle tension, improve circulation in the head and neck, and reduce stress contributing to headache discomfort.
