Anatomical Location: On the midline of the scalp, at the intersection of a line connecting the apexes of both ears.

How to Locate:

  1. Sit upright with head in neutral position
  2. Place one finger on the top of each ear
  3. Draw an imaginary line from ear to ear across the top of your head
  4. The point where this line crosses the midline of your head is GV-20
  5. This is the highest point on your head

Mental Clarity & Emotional Balance (4 minutes)

  1. Sit upright with spine straight and shoulders relaxed
  2. Locate GV-20 (top of the head, at the intersection of midline and ear apex line)
  3. Apply gentle pressure with fingertips for 30 seconds
  4. Massage in slow circles for 1 minute to calm the mind and lift mood
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing deeply and visualizing lightness
