Hair Growth Support Routine (3-5 times per week, 15 minutes)

Treatment Protocol

  1. Sit in a comfortable position with shoulders relaxed and spine straight
  2. Begin with 5 minutes of slow, deep breathing to reduce stress-related hair loss
  3. Gently press GV-20 (top of head, at the crown) for 1-2 minutes to stimulate scalp circulation
  4. Massage KI-3 (inner ankle, between ankle bone and Achilles tendon) for 1 minute each foot to support kidney energy
  5. Apply pressure to SP-6 (inner ankle, 3 finger-widths up from ankle bone) for 1 minute each leg to support circulation
  6. For stress-related hair loss: add LR-3 (top of foot, between big toe and second toe) for 1 minute each foot
  7. For additional support: include BL-17 (upper back, level with bottom of shoulder blades) and BL-23 (lower back, level with bottom ribs)
  8. Finish with 5 minutes of gentle scalp massage using fingertips in small circular motions, working from hairline to crown
