Anatomical Location: Located on the medial ankle, in a prominent hollow behind the malleolus.

How to Locate:

  1. Find the bony bump on the inner side of your ankle
  2. Move your finger behind this bump toward your heel
  3. Feel for the depression between the ankle bone and your Achilles tendon
  4. The point is in this prominent hollow

  2. Locate KI-3 (between medial malleolus and Achilles tendon)
  3. Apply firm pressure for 30 seconds on each side
