Understanding Migraine
A neurological disorder causing intense, often one-sided headaches with sensory disturbances and systemic symptoms.
Migraines are severe, recurring headaches often accompanied by nausea, visual disturbances, and sensitivity to light or sound. They can last hours to days and significantly disrupt daily life. Acupressure may help shorten episodes, reduce stress, and support overall resilience in those prone to migraines.

Supporting Your Recovery
Lifestyle
- Trigger Tracking: Identify food, light, or hormonal triggers through journaling
- Quiet Recovery Space: Create a dark, quiet environment during migraine onset
Important
- Medication Compatibility: Acupressure may complement prescribed migraine treatments
- Seek Help for Aura: Visual disturbances or speech changes may require neurological evaluation
