LR-2 Protocols

Irritability & Heat Clearing (3 minutes)

  1. Sit comfortably with foot relaxed
  2. Locate LR-2 (on the dorsum of the foot, between the first and second toes, 0.5 cun proximal to the web margin)
  3. Apply gentle pressure for 30 seconds on each foot
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to clear Liver fire and ease emotional tension
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing slowly and relaxing the jaw
