Anatomical Location: Located on the medial ankle, just inferior to the malleolus.

How to Locate:

  1. Find the bony bump on the inner side of your ankle
  2. Move directly below this bump
  3. Feel for the depression just under the ankle bone
  4. The point is in this hollow below your ankle bone
