Anatomical Location: Located at the elbow crease, lateral to the tendon of biceps brachii.
How to Locate:
- Bend your elbow slightly
- Find the crease where your elbow bends
- Locate the thick tendon on the thumb side
- The point is just to the outside of this tendon

Cough & Throat Irritation Relief (3 minutes)
- Sit with elbow bent and palm facing up
- Locate LU-5 (at the cubital crease, radial side of the biceps tendon)
- Apply gentle pressure with thumb for 30 seconds
- Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to soothe cough and clear heat
- Repeat pressure while breathing slowly and relaxing the throat
