How to Locate:

  1. Find the highest part of your foot arch on the inner side
  2. Move back toward your heel along this arch
  3. Find the next depression further back from the big toe joint
  4. The point is in this hollow along your foot arch

SP-4 Protocols

Abdominal Discomfort & Emotional Flow (4 minutes)

  1. Sit with foot relaxed and accessible
  2. Locate SP-4 (in the depression distal and inferior to the base of the first metatarsal)
  3. Apply firm pressure for 30 seconds on each foot
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to regulate digestion and ease emotional stagnation
  5. Repeat pressure while exhaling slowly and softening the belly
