How to Locate:
- Find the highest part of your foot arch on the inner side
- Move back toward your heel along this arch
- Find the next depression further back from the big toe joint
- The point is in this hollow along your foot arch

Abdominal Discomfort & Emotional Flow (4 minutes)
- Sit with foot relaxed and accessible
- Locate SP-4 (in the depression distal and inferior to the base of the first metatarsal)
- Apply firm pressure for 30 seconds on each foot
- Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to regulate digestion and ease emotional stagnation
- Repeat pressure while exhaling slowly and softening the belly
