Treatment Protocol

  1. Sit upright and breathe slowly through your nose, out through mouth
  2. Press PC-6 (inner wrist, 2 finger-widths from crease) for 1-2 minutes each arm
  3. Massage CV-12 (upper abdomen, below ribcage) gently to calm stomach
  4. Apply pressure to ST-36 (below kneecap) for 30 seconds each leg
  5. For bloating: add SP-4 (foot arch) or ST-25 (beside belly button)
