Understanding Nausea & Vomit
Unpleasant sensation in the stomach often leading to vomiting, caused by illness, motion, or emotional stress.
Nausea and vomiting are symptoms with many possible causes, from digestive issues and infections to stress and travel. While they often resolve on their own, frequent or severe cases need medical attention. Acupressure can complement care by calming the stomach, supporting digestion, and easing discomfort during bouts of queasiness.
