How to Locate:

  1. Find the center of your navel
  2. Move 2 finger-widths directly to the side from your navel
  3. This is at the same level as your navel
  4. The point is on the side of your belly button

  1. Lie down or sit with abdomen relaxed
  2. Locate ST-25 (2 cun lateral to the umbilicus)
  3. Apply gentle pressure with fingertips for 30 seconds on each side
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to regulate intestinal function
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing deeply and softening the belly
