Constipation Relief Protocol (Daily practice, 10 minutes)

Treatment Protocol

  1. Practice daily, ideally in the morning to encourage natural bowel movements
  2. Begin with deep abdominal breathing: place hands on belly, breathe so hands rise and fall
  3. Massage ST-25 (2 finger-widths beside navel) in firm clockwise circles for 2 minutes
  4. Press SP-15 (side of abdomen at navel level) firmly for 1 minute each side
  5. Apply pressure to TE-6 (back of forearm, 3 finger-widths from wrist) for 1 minute each arm to stimulate bowel movement
  6. For additional support: include BL-25 (lower back, if someone can help) and LI-11 (outer elbow)
  7. Add CV-12 (upper abdomen) with gentle circular massage to harmonize digestion
  8. Combine with adequate water intake and fiber in diet for best results

Supporting Your Recovery

Lifestyle

  • Fiber Intake: Include fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to support regularity
  • Movement Matters: Gentle walking or yoga can stimulate bowel motility

Important

  • Hydration: Water softens stool and supports elimination
  • Medical Oversight: Chronic constipation may require evaluation for obstruction or motility disorders
