  1. Find the highest part of your foot arch on the inner side
  2. This is behind the big toe joint bone
  3. Look for the depression at the base of this bone
  4. The point is where the skin color changes

SP-3 Protocols

Digestive Support & Energy Boost (3 minutes)

  1. Sit comfortably with foot relaxed
  2. Locate SP-3 (proximal and inferior to the head of the first metatarsal bone)
  3. Apply gentle pressure for 30 seconds on each foot
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to strengthen Spleen Qi and aid digestion
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing slowly and relaxing the abdomen
