SP-3 - Supreme White
太白 - Tài bái
Point Region: Foot
SP-3 Taibai, meaning 'Great White,' represents the Spleen's source point and embodies the organ's role as the body's master transformer and distributor of nourishment. Located on the inner foot where the arch rises like a bridge between earth and heaven, this point governs our capacity to extract wisdom and vitality from everything we consume—food, experiences, and ideas alike.
As the Spleen's headquarters for transformation and transportation, Taibai oversees the miraculous process by which raw materials become usable energy, ensuring that nutrition reaches every cell while waste products find their way to appropriate elimination pathways. When this point is strong and balanced, we experience steady energy, clear thinking, and robust digestive function.
In the landscape of modern digestive challenges and chronic fatigue, SP-3 offers hope for those whose systems have become overwhelmed by poor-quality inputs or simply the stress of contemporary living. This point teaches us that true nourishment isn't just about what we eat, but about how well we can transform what we receive into sustained vitality and wisdom.
