Anatomical Location: Located on the radial side of the wrist, in the hollow beside the artery.

How to Locate:

  1. Turn your hand palm up
  2. Find the crease where your wrist bends
  3. Locate your pulse on the thumb side of this crease
  4. The point is in the hollow where you feel your pulse

Fatigue & Lung Qi Support (3 minutes)

  1. Sit with wrist relaxed and palm facing up
  2. Locate LU-9 (at the wrist crease, radial side of the radial artery)
  3. Apply gentle pressure for 30 seconds
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to boost energy and support lung function
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing slowly and softening the chest
