How to Locate:

  1. Bend your knee slightly
  2. Find the crease on the inner side of your knee
  3. Feel for the depression in front of the hamstring tendons
  4. The point is in this hollow at your inner knee crease

LR-8 Protocols

Menstrual Support & Yin Nourishment (4 minutes)

  1. Sit with knee bent and relaxed
  2. Locate LR-8 (at the medial end of the popliteal crease, anterior to the tendons)
  3. Apply gentle pressure for 30 seconds on each leg
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to nourish Liver blood and ease menstrual discomfort
