Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: Palmar aspect of fingers 2-5, at the PIP joint crease.

How to Locate:

  1. Look at the palm side of fingers 2, 3, 4, and 5 (not the thumb)
  2. Find the middle joint crease on each finger
  3. Locate the center point of each crease on the palm side
  4. These four crease points are EXT-28

Child Digestion & Finger Flexibility (3 minutes)

  1. Sit with hand relaxed
  2. Locate 四缝 (EXT-28) — on the palmar surface, in the creases of the 2nd to 5th fingers
  3. Apply gentle pressure to each crease for 30 seconds
  4. Massage in small circles to support digestion and finger mobility
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing slowly
