Anatomical Location: Fingertip region, just distal to the nail bed.

How to Locate:

  1. Locate the tips of all ten fingers
  2. Find the center point of each fingertip just below the nail
  3. These are the soft tissue areas at the tip of each finger
  4. These ten fingertip points are EXT-27

  3. Apply firm pressure to each fingertip for 15 seconds
  4. Massage gently to stimulate consciousness and circulation
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing slowly and grounding yourself
