GV-26 - Man's Middle
人中 - Shuǐ gōu
Point Region: Face (mouth)
GV-26, or 'Ren Zhong' (meaning 'Man's Middle'), is a vital resuscitation point located on the upper lip. Its name refers to its position as a 'middle' point for the body, where it can be used to address issues related to a loss of consciousness.
As a resuscitation point, Ren Zhong is a go-to point for fainting, coma, and other states of unconsciousness. It is a powerful point for 'reviving' consciousness and 'opening' the orifices of the mind. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of balance and harmony to the entire body.
Ren Zhong acts as a vital access point to the core of the body, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the lower body.
