Treatment Protocol

  1. Sit comfortably and breathe slowly to manage pain anxiety
  2. Press LI-4 (web between thumb and index finger) firmly for 1-2 minutes each hand to block pain signals
  3. Massage ST-6 (jawbone, 1 finger-width in front of ear) and ST-7 (just above) in small circles
  4. For upper tooth pain: add gentle pressure to SI-18 (below cheekbone)
  5. For lower tooth pain: try ST-44 (between 2nd and 3rd toes) or GV-26 (below nose) for acute relief

Supporting Your Recovery

Lifestyle

  • Avoid Cold & Sweet Triggers: Sensitivity may worsen with cold drinks or sugary foods
  • Gentle Chewing: Use the unaffected side and avoid hard foods during flare-ups

Important

  • Oral Hygiene: Brush and floss gently to prevent infection or inflammation
  • Seek Dental Evaluation: Persistent pain may signal decay, abscess, or nerve involvement
