GV-25 - Nose Tip
素髎 - Sù liáo
Point Region: Face (mouth)
GV-25, or 'Su Liao' (meaning 'White Bone-Hole'), is a local point located on the tip of the nose. Its name refers to its position as a 'hole' or 'cavity' where 'Yang' energy can be accessed and regulated.
As a local point, Su Liao is primarily used for issues related to the nose and face, such as a stuffy nose, sinus pain, and a lack of smell. It is a go-to point for 'clearing' heat from the head and 'regulating' the flow of energy in the face. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of balance and harmony to the entire body.
Su Liao acts as a vital access point to the core of the body, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the lower body.
