How to Locate:

  1. Find the outer edge of your nostril
  2. Locate the groove that runs from your nostril down toward your mouth
  3. The point is in this groove beside your nostril
  4. This is where the Large Intestine channel ends

LI-20 Protocols

Nasal Congestion & Allergy Relief (3 minutes)

  1. Sit upright and breathe slowly
  2. Locate LI-20 (beside the nostrils, in the nasolabial groove)
  3. Apply gentle pressure with index fingers for 30 seconds
  4. Massage in small circles for 1 minute to open nasal passages
  5. Repeat pressure while inhaling deeply through the nose
