- Find the inner edge of your shin bone just below your kneecap
- Follow this edge down until you feel a hollow or depression
- This is usually where your shin bone curves
- The point is in this natural hollow

Fluid Retention & Knee Relief (4 minutes)
- Sit with knee bent and relaxed
- Locate SP-9 (in the depression on the lower border of the medial condyle of the tibia)
- Apply firm pressure for 30 seconds on each leg
- Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to support fluid metabolism and ease knee tension
- Repeat pressure while gently flexing and extending the knee
