Location & How to Find
Anatomical Location: On the anterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, midway between ST-9 (Renying) and ST-11 (Qishe), level with the laryngeal prominence.
How to Locate:
- Find your Adam's apple in the center of your throat
- Find your collar bone below your throat
- Locate the midpoint between your Adam's apple and collar bone
- Move to the side and find the point on the front edge of your neck muscle
