Anatomical Location: At the superior border of the medial end of the clavicle, in the depression between the sternal and clavicular heads of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.

- Find your collar bone (clavicle)
- Locate where your collar bone meets your breastbone
- Feel for the depression above your collar bone
- The point is in this hollow between your neck muscles
