Anatomical Location: On the medial aspect of the lower leg, posterior to the medial border of the tibia.
How to Locate:
- Find the highest point of your inner ankle bone
- Measure 6 finger-widths straight up from this point
- Move slightly toward the back of your leg from the shin bone
- The point is in the muscle behind your shin bone
