Anatomical Location: On the lower abdomen, lateral to the rectus abdominis.

How to Locate:

  1. Find your navel and measure 1.3 finger-widths below
  2. From this point, move 4 finger-widths to the side
  3. This is just below navel level on your side
  4. The point is lateral to your abdominal muscles
