KI-19 - Yin Metropolis
阴都 - Yīn dū
Point Region: Upper abdomen
KI-19, or 'Yindu' (meaning 'Yin Metropolis'), is a point located on the upper abdomen. Its name refers to its ability to regulate the 'Yin' energy of the abdomen, much like a 'metropolis' where all the city's resources are gathered and distributed.
As a local point, Yindu is primarily used for issues related to the digestive and urinary systems, such as abdominal pain, constipation, and urinary problems. It is a go-to point for 'tonifying' the Kidney, helping to restore vitality and strength to the entire body. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of balance and harmony to the lower body.
Yindu acts as a vital access point to the body's core, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of balance and harmony. It's a reminder of the power of local points to provide targeted relief and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the lower body.
