Anatomical Location: Fold the auricle forward; the point is at the highest point of the superior crease.

How to Locate:

  1. Gently fold your ear forward toward your face
  2. Look for the highest point that forms when the ear is folded
  3. This creates a natural crease at the top of the ear
  4. The apex point is at the tip of this fold

  3. Pinch gently for 30 seconds to clear heat
  4. Massage in small circles for 1 minute to reduce inflammation
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing slowly and relaxing the shoulders
