Anatomical Location: Located at the ear, in the hollow anterior to the ear canal.
How to Locate:
- Find the opening of your ear canal
- Move your finger to the front of your ear opening
- Feel for the small depression in front of your ear
- The point is in this hollow just in front of your ear

SI-19 Protocols
Ear Congestion & Jaw Tension Relief (3 minutes)
- Sit upright with jaw relaxed
- Locate SI-19 (in front of the ear, in the depression when mouth is open)
- Apply gentle pressure with fingertip for 30 seconds
- Massage in small circles for 1 minute to ease ear fullness and jaw tightness
- Repeat pressure while gently opening and closing the mouth
