Anatomical Location: Located at the ear, in the hollow anterior to the ear canal.

How to Locate:

  1. Find the opening of your ear canal
  2. Move your finger to the front of your ear opening
  3. Feel for the small depression in front of your ear
  4. The point is in this hollow just in front of your ear

SI-19 Protocols

Ear Congestion & Jaw Tension Relief (3 minutes)

  1. Sit upright with jaw relaxed
  2. Locate SI-19 (in front of the ear, in the depression when mouth is open)
  3. Apply gentle pressure with fingertip for 30 seconds
  4. Massage in small circles for 1 minute to ease ear fullness and jaw tightness
  5. Repeat pressure while gently opening and closing the mouth
