Anatomical Location: On the lower abdomen, 2 cun below ST-25 and 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline, level with CV-5.

How to Locate:

  1. Find your navel and measure 2 finger-widths straight down
  2. From this point, move 2 finger-widths to the side
  3. This is below your navel in your lower abdomen
  4. The point is on the side of your lower belly area
