Anatomical Location: On the medial aspect of the thigh, in a palpable muscular bulge.

How to Locate:

  1. Sit with your knee bent
  2. Find the inner edge of your kneecap
  3. Measure 2 finger-widths up from this edge
  4. Feel for the bulge in your thigh muscle - this is SP-10

Skin Health & Blood Circulation (4 minutes)

  1. Sit with knee bent and relaxed
  2. Locate SP-10 (2 cun above the medial superior border of the patella, in the bulge of the vastus medialis)
  3. Apply firm pressure for 30 seconds on each leg
  4. Massage in circular motions for 1 minute to invigorate blood and support skin clarity
  5. Repeat pressure while breathing deeply and relaxing the thighs
