Anatomical Location: Located on the medial lower leg, midway between LR-5 and LR-7.

How to Locate:

  1. Find the bony bump on the inner side of your ankle
  2. Find the inner edge of your shin bone below your knee
  3. Locate the midpoint between your ankle (5 finger-widths up) and your knee
  4. The point is behind the shin bone at this level
