GV-10 - Spirit Tower
灵台 - Líng tái
Point Region: Back
GV-10, or 'Lingtai' (meaning 'Spirit Tower'), is a local point located on the spine. Its name refers to its position as a 'tower' for the 'spirit' or 'shen,' where it can be used to address emotional and mental restlessness.
As a local point, Lingtai is primarily used for issues related to the spine and the nervous system, such as a stiff neck, back pain, and a sense of 'stuckness' in the spine. It is a go-to point for 'calming' the mind and 'clearing' emotional blockages in the spine. By stimulating this point, you can help to restore a sense of peace and tranquility to the mind and body.
Lingtai acts as a vital access point to the core of the body, providing a direct and effective way to address blockages and restore a sense of comfort and vitality to the lower body.
