Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: On the posterior midline, in the depression below T6.

How to Locate:

  1. Stand or lie face down
  2. Locate the bottom tip of your shoulder blades
  3. Feel for the spine at this level
  4. Move up one vertebra level from this point
  5. Feel for the depression between vertebrae
  6. This is GV-10, slightly above the shoulder blade level
