Location & How to Find
Anatomical Location: On the anterior midline of the thorax, at the level of the fifth intercostal space, directly above CV-15.
How to Locate:
- Locate your breastbone in the center of your chest
- Find the area just above the bottom tip of your breastbone
- This is on your breastbone, about level with your nipples
- Stay exactly on the centerline of your chest
