Anatomical Location: On the midline of the abdomen, 5 cun above the umbilicus.
How to Locate:
- Lie down and locate your navel
- Measure 5 finger-widths up from your navel
- Stay on the centerline of your body
- This is usually just below where your ribs meet in the center
