Anatomical Location: Below the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsal bone, at the junction of the red and white skin.
How to Locate:
- Feel the outer edge of your foot for the prominent bone about halfway down
- Find the spot just below and in front of this bony bump
- Look for where the skin color changes from pink to pale - this is BL-64
