Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: Below the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsal bone, at the junction of the red and white skin.

How to Locate:

  1. Feel the outer edge of your foot for the prominent bone about halfway down
  2. Find the spot just below and in front of this bony bump
  3. Look for where the skin color changes from pink to pale - this is BL-64
