Location & How to Find
Anatomical Location: On the lateral side of the foot, in the depression posterior to the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsal bone.
How to Locate:
- From the depression below your outer ankle bone, move down about one finger-width
- Find the depression in front of your heel bone
- Press into this hollow - this is BL-63
