Location & How to Find
Anatomical Location: 3 cun lateral to the second posterior sacral foramen (S2), level with BL-28.
How to Locate:
- Feel for the second small depression in your tailbone area
- Move about three finger-widths to the side from the center line
- Press into the muscle to find a tender spot - this is BL-53
