Anatomical Location: 1.5 cun lateral to the second posterior sacral foramen (S2).

How to Locate:

  1. Feel for the second small depression in your tailbone, below the first one
  2. Move about one and a half finger-widths to the side from the center line
  3. Press to find a tender spot - this is BL-28
