BL-3 - Eyebrows Pouring
眉冲 - Méi chōng
Point Region: Head
BL-3 Meichong, meaning 'Eyebrow Ascension,' marks a sacred threshold where the earthbound concerns of daily life begin their transformation into higher consciousness. Positioned just above the inner eyebrow where the hairline meets the forehead, this point serves as a launching pad for spiritual and mental elevation, lifting both energy and awareness from the dense realm of material worries into the clear sky of mental clarity.
Like a mountain peak that pierces the clouds to touch the heavens, BL-3 specializes in raising what has fallen and clarifying what has become muddled. This point excels at treating conditions where the mind feels heavy, foggy, or stuck in repetitive patterns, offering a pathway to mental liberation and emotional lightness.
In the landscape of the face, BL-3 acts as a beacon of hope for those trapped in cycles of depression, anxiety, or mental stagnation. Its ascending nature makes it particularly valuable for lifting the spirits, clearing brain fog, and restoring the natural buoyancy of a healthy mind seeking its highest expression.
