BL-6 - Light Guard
承光 - Chéng guāng
Point Region: Head
BL-6 Chengguang, or 'Receiving Light,' is a point of illumination and clarity. Located on the upper scalp, it acts as a celestial antenna, helping the body and mind receive light from the heavens, both literally and figuratively. This point specializes in brightening the senses and dispersing the fog that often clouds our vision and thoughts.
As a point dedicated to receiving light, Chengguang is invaluable for conditions where perception is dulled, whether from fatigue, stress, or emotional heaviness. It's like opening the blinds in a dark room, allowing fresh light to wash over and awaken the mind and spirit.
In practice, BL-6 is a go-to point for relieving eye strain, improving vision, and clearing a foggy mind. Its ability to 'receive light' makes it a perfect point for those seeking mental clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.
