Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: 1.5 cun lateral to the first posterior sacral foramen (S1).

How to Locate:

  1. Place your hands on your tailbone area just below your lower back
  2. Feel for the first small depression (hole) in the tailbone
  3. Move about one and a half finger-widths to the side from the center - this is BL-27
