Anatomical Location: Level with the wrist joint, between the fourth and fifth extensor tendons
How to Locate:
- Turn your hand palm down and bend your wrist back slightly
- Look at the back of your wrist where it bends
- Find the groove between the tendons going to your ring finger and pinky
- This groove at the wrist crease is TE-4
