Location & How to Find

Anatomical Location: Level with the wrist joint, between the fourth and fifth extensor tendons

How to Locate:

  1. Turn your hand palm down and bend your wrist back slightly
  2. Look at the back of your wrist where it bends
  3. Find the groove between the tendons going to your ring finger and pinky
  4. This groove at the wrist crease is TE-4
