Anatomical Location: In a palpable hollow on the medial wrist, just distal to the wrist crease.
How to Locate:
- Turn your hand palm up
- Find the crease where your wrist bends
- Move to the outer edge of this crease (little finger side)
- Feel for the small hollow just past the crease
