Anatomical Location: On the lower abdomen, 5 cun below the umbilicus and 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline, level with CV-2, in the inguinal region.

  1. Find your navel and measure 5 finger-widths down
  2. From this point, move 2 finger-widths to the side
  3. This is in your groin/inguinal area
  4. The point is where your leg meets your lower abdomen
