Anatomical Location: On the lower abdomen, 5 cun below the umbilicus and 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline, level with CV-2, in the inguinal region.
How to Locate:
- Find your navel and measure 5 finger-widths down
- From this point, move 2 finger-widths to the side
- This is in your groin/inguinal area
- The point is where your leg meets your lower abdomen
